•  [Thailand] Advised a Singapore-based power developer in relation to the acquisition of a project company developing a 9.5 MW waste-to-energy project in Northern Thailand. 

• [Thailand] Advised a leading European oil & gas publicly listed company on regulatory framework in Thailand, in respect of solar and wind projects for sale to commercial and industrial customers. 

• [Thailand] Advised a US Investment Fund, in relation to acquisition of a Thai biogas energy developer, including six renewable projects.  Conducted due diligence, advised on regulatory approvals, sale and purchase agreement and shareholders agreement 

• [Thailand] Advised a Canada-based Renewables Firm, in relation to its bid as part of an auction process for the acquisition of at least 76% of the issued share capital of a vertically integrated wind IPP with a combined capacity of 717 MW from certain shareholders of the leading Thai renewable energy company by way of a share sale transaction 

• [Lao PDR] Advised a Thailand-based biogas producer, in relation to a biogas production facility, including preparation of Biogas Sales Agreement and site Lease with the host cassava processing facility in the Lao PDR. 

• [Lao PDR] Advised a consortium of Thai lenders, in connection with legal assistance in assessing satisfaction of Lao law conditions to the resumption of the drawdowns of the facilities granted to Xe Pian Xe Namnoy Power Limited Company for the purpose of the financing of the development of the Xe Pian Xe Namnoy hydropower project in Champasak Province.    

• [Cambodia] Advised Global Climate Partnership Fund on a corporate loan to Singapore-based Cleantech Solar Asia Pte. Ltd., provided full scope for the Cambodian elements of the transaction, including due diligence on local projects value of USD 20 million, review of documentation and legal opinion to the lender.  

• [Cambodia] Advised an international energy developer and provider on its on acquisition of a 60 MW solar project and another Global Green wind project.  

• [Indonesia] Advised a foreign Investor, on land acquisition for development of an independent power plant project in Central Java. 

• [Indonesia] Advised the World Bank on the content and the consistency of a PPA for a geothermal power complex. 

• [Vietnam] Advised a leading Thai energy player on its acquisition of an 80% interest in the greenfield 257 MW Hoa Hoi solar project in Southeast Vietnam, valued at USD 35 million, from Truong Thanh Viet Nam Group. 

• [Vietnam] Advised Aker Horizons AS, a leading Norwegian investment company, on its platform investment in Mainstream Renewable Power, developing an offshore wind farm.  

• [Vietnam] Advised a Thai Renewables Developer on its share sale in two wind energy projects, including due diligence and preparation/review of transactional documents and advising on Vietnam law matters.
